A consulting firm that ships.
Glenmont Consulting was built on an observation from inside the Big 4: companies pay consultants for strategy they can’t execute, then pay agencies for execution with no strategy behind it. Two invoices, one gap, nobody accountable.
So Glenmont does both halves. Consulting-grade diagnosis and planning, then the execution — campaigns, content, sites, tools, systems — shipped by the same brain that made the plan. AI-integrated delivery collapsed the cost and speed of the execution half; the judgment half is why clients stay.
Pete Polgar
FOUNDER — GLENMONT CONSULTING
Pete came up through Big 4 consulting — Deloitte, then operations consulting at PwC in the healthcare sector — before founding Glenmont in 2016. The training shows up in how problems get framed: systematically, with math, and with a standing question of “why are we doing this?”
Since then he’s run marketing for food brands scaling into new markets, FDA-cleared health technology, banks, manufacturers, and multi-location healthcare practices — as the operator, not the advisor. He’d rather do the work than manage layers of people doing it slower.

Results, not activity
Deliverable counts are how vendors bill, not how businesses grow. Everything reports back to revenue, leads, or rankings — or it stops.
Clarity over theater
Clear plans, clear data, clear next steps. If a recommendation can’t survive a "why?" it doesn’t ship.
Speed is a feature
A fix shipped this week beats a perfect one next quarter. AI-integrated production makes days the default, not the exception.
No middlemen
The person who diagnoses the problem builds the fix. No coordinators, no hand-offs, no markup on other people’s work.
