What we collect
If you submit the contact form or email us: your name, email, company, and whatever you write. If analytics are running: anonymous, cookieless usage data (pages viewed, buttons clicked) that is not tied to your identity and is not shared with ad networks. That’s the list.
What we do with it
Reply to you, prepare for calls you book, and understand which pages are useful. Contact details may be stored in our CRM so we don’t lose your thread. We don’t sell data, rent lists, run ads on this site, or add you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for.
Cookies
The site itself sets none for tracking. If we enable analytics, it is a cookieless system. Embedded booking tools (if present on the contact page) operate under their own policies.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions may be processed into Pipedrive (our CRM). Booking runs through our scheduling provider. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
Want your information corrected or deleted? Email pete@glenmont.co and it will be handled — by a person, usually the same day.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it.
